Activating Premium Analytics

How to activate Premium Analytics?

1. Purchase Premium Analytics Licenses (Contact your Mist representative for more information)
2. Open up a support ticket
3. Provide the following info in the support ticket:

• Org name: Test Organization
• Org ID: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX
  • Can be found in the Mist url link:
    • Example: https://manage.mist.com/admin/?org_id=org_id
  • Which report(s) you are looking for.
  • Email(s) of who you want access to the report

4. Support will then activate Premium Analytics feature

How to obtain trial license for Premium Analytics?

1. Open up a support ticket
2. Provide the following info in the support ticket:

• Org name: Test Organization
• Org ID: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX
  • Can be found in the Mist url link:
    • Example: https://manage.mist.com/admin/?org_id=org_id
  • Which report(s) you are looking for.
  • Email(s) of who you want access to the report

3. Support will then activate Premium Analytics feature after review
