When creating a floorplan in Location Live View, we require you to attach an image to be used as the map. We strongly encourage the use of .png file formats. JPEG files are also acceptable. We currently don’t support .pdf or .dwg floorplans.
Recommended floorplan settings:
- Dimensions: 2000×3000 pixels
- File size: <1 MB (Max 8 MB)
