Historical Support Tickets
You can now see all the support tickets to keep track of any requests or questions you may have had in the past that are not resolved yet. Navigate to your support tickets page, and choose a time frame going back to as much as a year.
Access your Support Tickets page by navigating to ? > Support Tickets
All tickets, including those that are “Closed” will be visible and accessible in the UI for up to 120 days. Beyond 120 days, these tickets are archived. If you need to access any of the archived tickets, please open a support ticket with us and we will guide you through the process of doing so.
