COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization and continues to spread globally. At Juniper and Mist, the health of our employees, customers, and partners is our top priority.

More than ever, we are committed to connecting organizations delivering critical services to those most in need, including healthcare, government, and finance. We continue to provide secure networking and wireless solutions to ensure that every business, no matter of size, can deliver on their mission during this rapidly evolving time.

OUR PEOPLE

Juniper Networks has maintained a preparedness plan for several years to manage the impact of an outbreak such as COVID-19.

As of March 13, 2020, we have adopted a global work-from-home (WFH) policy and restricted all travel to ensure the health of our employees and their families. Please check with your manager on latest updates.

OUR CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS

We are here 24/7 to ensure that our customers and partners are fully supported during this time:

  • Sales: While we are always happy to meet with customers, we strongly encourage virtual meetings where possible. In affected areas, our sales teams will be available for remote engagements only. For critical support, please reach out directly to your account team, or contact us by phone.
  • Events: In an abundance of caution, nearly all Juniper events have been cancelled through April 30, 2020.
  • Product: Additionally, at the edge of the network, our AI-driven access solutions will help enable our customers IT teams to get visibility into user experience and remotely monitor, troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize risk and cost for IT teams.
  • Services: Juniper maintains visibility into our service and supply chain operations globally. At this time, we expect no impact to delivery of services, products, or spare parts to our customers and partners. Global services staff are on call for critical support.

We are monitoring orders closely to determine any impacts and will communicate to our customers and partners, as appropriate, via normal communication channels. Shipping vendors (such as UPS) will communicate status directly on orders already shipped.
