New cloud instances for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Japan regions
We are excited to announce two new local Mist cloud instances, EMEA 04 for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and APAC 03 for Japan. These cloud instances are visible on the cloud selection pane on the Mist login page. These instances provide all services except WAN Assurance for SSR, which will soon be available. Like our other clouds, these instances are compliant with PCI-DSS, SOC2 Type II, and ISO 27001 standards.
Note: For Mist Edges to function effectively on the APAC 03 cloud instance, a new version of the tunnel termination service is required. This version will be released at a later date. If you want to use Mist Edge with the tunnel service in this region, contact your account team for guidance.
